Vanilla, Date & Nut Overnight Oats

Our vanilla, date and nut overnight oats are a ridiculously delicious option for suhoor or breakfast - so good that you’ll forget just how healthy they are.

Loaded with protein, fibre, and healthy fats, they’ll keep you going all day long. The base overnight oat recipe can be flavoured however you like - add fruits, nut spreads, chocolate, biscoff - whatever your heart feels like having.

Base recipe for each serving:

Almond Add-Ins

  • 2 tbsp almond meal
  • Handful of roasted slivered almonds

Pistachio Add-Ins

  • 1.5 tbsp pistachio paste
  • Handful of roasted pistachios

Method

  1. Add rolled oats, chia seeds, Two Healths Alcohol-Free Vanilla Extract, honey, and dates to a jar or bowl. Mix well to combine.
  2. Add 2/3 cups of milk and stir well to allow chia seeds to soak and be distributed evenly.
  3. Add your add-ins (other than roasted nuts) and stir to mix.
  4. Finish with greek yoghurt and stir to combine. Cover and place in fridge overnight or for at least 8 hours
  5. Once mix has thickened, or just before serving, top with roasted nuts.

Note, if you would like a small serving, you can halve the oats, chia seeds, milk and yoghurt - keep the remaining ingredients the same.
